Christine Kahane is a leadership strategist and organizational systems designer with twenty years of experience working inside complex, high-pressure organizations. She is the founder of The Coherence Company and the Institute for UNLearning, and the author of UNLEARNING: Leading Change Without Resistance. Her work has a specific history with Denver Mattress: she previously designed and facilitated a year-long bilingual leadership development program for DMC's plant foremen and line supervisors. This diagnostic is built on that same foundation.
